A local travel agency wants to finally go online. It has been losing business to all of the online sites like Travelocity. This agency really wants to push that it is a local business that will attend to all of the needs if its clients. It is currently offering a great deal on a vacation to Hawaii and really wants to highlight it on the web site.

Dear Web Designer:

We are happy to have you on board to create our web site. We definitely are excited to finally get online! We know there are lots of great web sites out there where you can find and book a vacation, but we want to be the place where people go to get help doing that sort of thing. There are lots of people who still want a person guiding them along. We have an office in the community and want the web site to be an arm of that office. So essentially we want our clients to be able to look at what we offer in the office online. Plus we want them to be able to look around this Internet thing some and get some ideas so we can help them plan everything out. I don’t want to forget this really cool Hawaii vacation deal that we offering over the next couple months. I took a ton of great pictures on my last trip that I want to highlight somewhere on the site.

I don’t know all of the fancy terms, but here are some of the special features that I want:

• A page that focuses on that special Hawaii deal – plus don’t forget to show some of those pictures – I am a pretty darn good photographer!

Pictures are located at S://Classes/Evans/Web Design/Hawaii

•I love travel'en so be sure that the site has a great travel'en theme!

•A page with all of my great customer testimonials... I have lots of famous people that I work with!

•Don't use any pictures from the internets...  You can buy stock photography to use.  I've heard that www.corbis.com has some good pictures.

I think that might be it. I included all of the information that I want on the web site.

Testimonials

Thanks again for the special attention. Its good to know that people who provide great service are not the dying breed that we're led to believe. – Mat Budzynski, Frontier Academy Principal

Thank you! I was confused. It's been a long week. I rebooked for next week and everything looks fine. Thanks again - I will use your services exclusively in the future. Quite aside from your excellent customer service, your search engine is faster and more comprehensive than any I have used. – Kelly Cook, Frontier Academy History Teacher

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank John for the great customer service he provided me with yesterday. He was extremely professional, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and everything else you would come to expect when you think about "Blue Ribbon" customer service! In the world we live in these days, most people don't take the time (anymore) to make sure the customer is happy not only with the price (which was excellent), but with the entire purchasing experience…from A to Z!! John is a great asset to your organization, and as your company continues to grow, I hope you don't lose that personable but professional service! – Mark Schrieber, Frontier Academy Technology Teacher

Thanks so much for a wonderful delivery. You were  absolutely OUTSTANDING - your professionalism and  CARING made the whole experience a pure pleasure.  You made my day. Thanks again. – Mike Johnson, Owner of Sandwiches and More
